For customs and excise related questions or technical questions about the integrated customs systems we invite you to contact the General Administration of Customs and Excise.


In case of a lasting dispute with the Federal Public Service Finance.

Attention : 

  • Regarding income taxes, the Tax Conciliation Department can intervene AFTER filing an appeal or a request for automatic relief (see page 2 of your tax assessment)
  • In the event of payment problems, the Tax Conciliation Department can intervene AFTER the refusal of the payment plan that you proposed to one of the infocenters (lijst / liste). /
